To all of you who have emailed me about the white T-shirt with the black sequined shoulders... I am really happy that you like it so much, but I'm afraid I got it from Top Shop last year, so they are unlikely to still have them!
How are you? My name is Chloe, I'm 14. You used to work with my mum Caroline at the Boathouse in Chester. You worked with her for quite a
while... I watched you when you used to work for GMTV and I occasionally
watch the repeats of Loose Women just to see you. I am writing to you, to see if you remember my mum? And if so would you be able to get in touch. We used to write you Christmas cards and everything every year, but then we lost your address.

Hello. I was wondering how you keep your hair in such good condition. Would you mind telling me which shampoo and conditioner you use? Or what your secret to lovely hair is? I think your website is great and you come across as natural in answering the questions on here as you do on

Hi Liz, thank you very much! At the moment I am using Aveda shampoo and conditioner, which smells lovely and helps my colour last. I have it cut and coloured every two months or so as well, just to keep it tidy.
Hi Andrea, I was watching loose women today (28/01/10) and just fell in love with your navy blue top with sequined cap sleeves. It just looked lovely on you. I was just wondering where you or your stylist got it from?

Hi Zara, I'm glad you liked it, it is a new purchase from Mango. It's actually a dress, but you can wear it with leggings and heels.
